We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. This does not apply to injuries to life, body, or health, nor to claims under the Product Liability Act. Liability for data loss is limited to the usual cost of restoration.

In the event of a violation of these terms or applicable law, we may suspend your access to the platform without prior notice or delete your user account. You are free to stop using the platform at any time. Already concluded purchase contracts remain unaffected by a suspension.
